Paper Plane emerged as a weekend retreat concept during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Nestled far from the bustling streets of Saigon, it beckons families seeking solace in nature’s embrace.

At the heart of Paper Plane lies a design philosophy deeply rooted in nature’s harmony. To grasp the essence of the surroundings, our architectural team embarked on an immersive camping expedition. Over the course of a week, they keenly observed weather patterns, savored the dance of clouds, reveled in birdsong, and even embraced impromptu rain showers. These experiences sculpted a decision to honor and preserve the natural landscape instead of imposing artificial alterations.

The very name, Paper Plane, mirrors this ethos. The triangular terrain is sculpted to resemble an airplane’s nose, while the folded architecture evokes the graceful flight of a paper plane.

Every facet of Paper Plane’s design seamlessly melds with its verdant backdrop, crafting a serene haven for guests. Carefully positioned buildings frame captivating views of lush foliage, fostering an intimate connection with nature.

Within Paper Plane’s interiors, tranquility reigns supreme. Warm hues of wood and stone infuse spaces with a cozy allure. Sunlight floods through expansive windows, blurring the boundary between indoor sanctuaries and the great outdoors.

Guest accommodations are meticulously tailored to offer utmost comfort and privacy. Spacious rooms open onto private terraces or balconies, granting panoramic vistas of the verdant landscape. Social hubs like the dining area foster conviviality, yet ample space ensures moments of quiet reflection.
